Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to manage the coordination of weddings, conferences, and private events.

  • Manage event contracts, booking forms, and client correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate seamless event execution.
  • Create and distribute detailed run sheets and event orders.
  • Conduct site inspections and host prospective clients on tours of the venue.
  • Process payments in line with contract terms.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through yielding and special event creation.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure client expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and experience in Event Coordination or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and deposits.
  • Utilize event management software to streamline event planning and execution.
