Sports and Leisure Programs Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our sports and leisure programs team. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the delivery of sporting competitions, events, and non-aquatic programs across three community-loved venues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of sporting competitions, events, and non-aquatic programs.

  • Oversee stadium and court hire, ensuring excellent stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive operational excellence, safety, compliance, and risk management.
  • About You:
  • Experience in sports program management, event coordination, or leisure centre operations.
  • Strong people leadership, mentoring, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with risk assessment, safety standards, and compliance.
  • Working With Children Check, First Aid, and CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
