Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing event contracts, booking forms, and client correspondence.

You will liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate seamless event execution. This includes creating and distributing detailed run sheets and event orders, conducting site inspections, and hosting prospective clients on tours of the venue.

The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach. You will work under pressure, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in Event Coordination or a qualification in Marketing, Events, or Communications. Reliable transport to the Yarra Valley is essential.
