
Sales Development Growth Accelerator

As a sales development manager, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients. You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting sales closers up for success.
You will work closely with the existing sales team to accelerate the sales cycle. Your role will involve contacting prospects, presenting our product, and qualifying leads.
As a sales development manager, you will be responsible for owning your lead management and prospecting activities from a multitouch sales approach. This includes phone, email, SMS, and social selling.
Key responsibilities include efficiently responding, qualifying, and nurturing leads from marketing qualified leads (MQLs), proactively seeking new business opportunities in key markets and ideal customer profiles, and identifying prospects' needs and how our product aligns with advising on best solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service environment
- Experience in outbound sales or passion for working in a sales environment
- Hunger, self-drive, and ability to deliver on new business sales targets
- 'Hunter' mentality that enjoys seeking out new business
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Engaging and agile conversation skills to communicate, engage, and influence varying buyer personas
