We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Service Delivery Specialist.

Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality incident resolution and proactive service request management for technology applications, software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Manage incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring accurate information is captured in relevant management systems for future reference and analysis.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal support teams, local and international, and external service providers as required to resolve incidents and complete service requests within established SLA time frames.
  • Source and implement necessary hardware and software solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Contribute and document client services-related knowledge to the internal knowledge base and facilitate knowledge transfer across the team.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of IT operational and physical environments in accordance with corporate security policies, standards, and work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Incident Resolution and Service Request Management within established SLA time frames.
  • Effective Management of Incidents and Service Requests, ensuring timely completion and user satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Media Applications, with experience in supporting Windows and Mac desktop environments.
  • Experience in using IT Service Desk Incident Management Processes, Ticketing Systems, Active Directory, and Desktop Remote Management Tools.
