Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of service management support, combining analysis, financial insight, and business engagement to drive operational efficiency and cost transparency across a complex IT environment.

You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of IT infrastructure services by managing resources, optimising assets, supporting business cases, and aligning services with organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for new or enhanced IT infrastructure services.
  • Translate business needs into actionable service and product specifications in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Own the budgeting process for infrastructure services, including forecasting, tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Manage asset planning and lifecycle cost optimisation.
  • Analyse licensing agreements and vendor spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and contractual compliance.
  • Conduct benchmarking and pricing analysis to ensure competitive service costs and value delivery.
  • Align service initiatives with Annual Operating Plans (AOP), ensuring prioritisation and alignment.
Requirements:
  • A background in telecommunications or network connectivity, with a solid understanding of infrastructure services.
  • Prior experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO role, with demonstrated exposure to financial management.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple business units and technical teams to drive service outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and support investment decisions.
  • Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and enterprise IT environments.
