We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist.
About the RoleThis role will involve supporting and developing a Customer Service Team, processing sales orders accurately, and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in supporting and developing the Customer Service Team.
- Process sales orders accurately and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and Sales.
- Drive development of improved customer order processes, service delivery, and behaviours.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP/system applications such as Netsuite or SAP.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
