Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced delivery specialist to play a key role in our government and integrated facilities management team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering programmed work orders and managing work priorities in the inner city area. Reporting to the team leader, you will help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and conduct site visits to validate scopes submitted by clients, identifying any variations.
- Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
- Ensure accurate information capture within management systems and relevant documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and stakeholder management.
- High school certificate, mechanical or electrical trade qualification, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and handling high-volume work orders.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
