Job Title: Service Delivery SpecialistRole Overview

The Service Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in providing high-quality service delivery within the Parliamentary Network Support Group of the Joint Services Division in South Australia.

This position involves delivering first, second, and limited third-level software, hardware, and network support to all clients on the Parliamentary network, including Members, their staff, Parliamentary staff, and Electorate Office staff.

The Service Delivery Specialist will ensure the provision of excellent customer service in areas such as operational monitoring, incident and problem management, asset management, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional quality ICT-related customer service in an enterprise networked environment.
  • Manage workloads efficiently and effectively to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Deliver best practice support services in an ICT environment.
  • Experience in the Service Desk and Desktop Support fields is highly desirable.
Requirements
  • Possess a high level of ICT operational support skills.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent ICT-related customer service in an enterprise networked environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective ICT issue resolution.
  • Experience in providing best practice customer support services in an IT environment.
  • Experience with a Service Desk call logging system to record and manage incidents, requests, and problems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
