Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the office with cross-functional and office-wide events, including executing invitation mailouts, managing RSVPs, liaising with vendors, and event coordination.
  • Manipulation of databases to create market intelligence and distribution lists.
  • Support the implementation of business solutions within the office.
  • Provide administrative support to industry groups, including setting up meetings, taking minutes, and distributing agendas.
  • Coordinate business activities, including booking appointments and coordinating arrangements.
  • Work with senior management to review and update business materials, including brochures, banners, and office signage.
  • Assist with the coordination of business campaigns, including the annual campaign.
  • Provide assistance and support to office partners with business requests as required.
  • Support the sharing of business information with office partners and management.
  • Assist with the implementation and support of business strategies for the office.

    Essential:

    • Secondary school qualification (Year 12 completion) or working towards business-related qualifications with majors in marketing or communications.
    • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
    • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

    Desirable:

    • Experience with business software.
    • Understanding of business philosophies and practices.
