  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with queries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Task Management: Manage time and tasks productively with a high level of attention to detail to ensure efficient and effective task management, leading to timely completion of all event-related responsibilities while maintaining precision and quality.
  • Team Support: Support the broader Sales & Events teams by keeping sales data updated and accurate, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning within the departments.
