Job Title: Bid Manager

The role of a Bid Manager involves reviewing and qualifying bids/tenders, understanding business challenges and driving business outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can motivate internal teams to prepare bid responses to enterprise customers and federal government RFPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate response milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and drive team for completion of bid content for quality responses.
  • Be responsible for bid and response compliance based on customer response requirements.
  • Manage multiple bid responses in parallel, sequencing events and resources for the bid timelines.
  • Drive improvements and streamlining processes for bid execution with sales and solution teams.
  • Refine bid and proposal content and assist with document library lifecycle management.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience as a Bid Manager with knowledge of motivating internal teams to prepare bid responses.
  • Delivered IT proposals/bids and have a decent understanding of IT fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to prioritise and deliver to hard deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with regards to proofreading, editing, and content improvement.
  • Experience in Project Management will be beneficial.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to effectively influence stakeholders.
