Expert Bid Strategy Consultant

 

Job Overview:

A pivotal role exists within our national team of bids specialists. As a seasoned bid strategist, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop compelling tenders, coordinate cross-functional bid teams, and provide expert guidance on bid strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative team culture across the national bids team
• Effectively produce and manage high-quality engagement-specific and panel bids in alignment with our bid framework
• Coach partners and support pitch teams in achieving optimal outcomes for our firm
• Guide opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in accordance with our established criteria
• Work with partners and subject matter experts to define and articulate compelling value propositions
• Develop/rework quality content, apply tone of voice guidelines, and ensure brand-compliant design and formatting
• Support the effective management of ongoing panel arrangements
• Provide guidance and training to team members to support high-quality bids
• Contribute to the development of our bid framework and pursue initiatives that enhance our bid capability
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members as needed
• Collaborate with the Bids Enablement team to identify potential opportunities and distribute them to relevant teams

 

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have approximately 7 years' experience in a similar role within a professional services environment. Key skills include initiative, commercial acumen, self-awareness, strong project management skills, and excellent business writing and communication skills.
