Role Description We are looking for Bid Writers and Bid Managers who possess: Curiosity – you're a fast learner and a creative thinker Problem-solving skills – you can think outside the box to support solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience – preferably 3+ years working on large bids Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently or as part of a team Proficiency with Office 365 suite Interest in AI and proposal automation software Experience in a communications consultancy environment is a plus Values-driven mindset – accountability is key The ability to write and edit copy is essential.
Our Bid Writers and Bid Managers are hands-on, overseeing and managing the proposal process.
You will support the development and execution of bid-winning strategies, conduct research, prepare, manage, write, and edit bids/proposals, format documents, facilitate workshops, manage bid teams, and collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver compliant and timely submissions.
This hybrid role is based in the Greater Melbourne Area, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
