The Role:

We're seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our founding team in Sydney. As an early member of our sales and customer success motion, you'll play a crucial role in defining our strategy, shaping our future product, and driving business revenue. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-growth company and make a meaningful impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about the benefits of Notion
  • Hold face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Liaise with our user base to provide world-class customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas
  • A strong communicator with engaging presentation skills
  • A positive attitude, openness-minded, and a builder mentality
  • An ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions

About You:

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
