Sydney Based FMCG Account Manager Opportunity

Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious Business Account Executive to join our high-performing team in Sydney. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in Account Management within the FMCG Industry. The incumbent will play a key support role within the National Account Team to ensure our customer channel strategies are implemented with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing internal trade spend processes and submittals with customers
- Managing customer activations (such as off-location activities)
- Product promotional forecasting and customer forecast collaboration
- Manage promotional evaluation for nominated customers
- Maintain customer range lists
- Process customer requests for images / product samples
- Relationship management with relevant retailer contacts in Tier 1 customers
- Customer management with allocated Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers – support National Account Manager
- Ensure account priorities are efficiently communicated to the field team
- Assist with product range reviews and ad-hoc presentations
- New product launch planning
- Support new business development
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree qualifications preferred
- Experience within the FMCG or Retail Industry (in roles such as a Territory Manager, Category Analyst or Brand Activation)
- Numerically savvy / good commercial acumen
- Team player
- Ability to balance multiple tasks – administration support for a National Account Manager as well as customer facing duties managing a specific customer portfolio
- Eager to learn
About You: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
Benefits: Energizer Holdings offers a competitive salary range of AUD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
