About the Role

As an Administrative Officer, you will engage in a range of duties that are crucial for the smooth operation of our services. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a bustling environment and possess a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to various inquiries regarding new referrals and medical appointments.
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders through our online chat platform.
  • Coordinating the scheduling of pre-employment assessments.
  • Gathering results from assessments and collaborating with the medical team.
  • Handling incoming calls from diverse clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work an 8-hour shift from 8 AM to 4 PM, including a 30-minute break. Flexibility in working hours may be required on occasion.
