As a key member of our formation team, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and support in the development and facilitation of Diocesan formation opportunities for schools.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and support in the writing and facilitation of formation programs for schools.
- Work collaboratively with schools to enhance their Catholic identity and mission.
- Develop and implement effective formation strategies to support the spiritual, personal, and professional growth of educators and students.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Head of Religious Education & Spirituality Services to ensure alignment with Diocesan goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional growth and development.
- Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic education and the mission of the Church.
- Post-graduate qualification in a related field, including Religious Education or Theological Studies.
- At least three years of relevant experience in education or ministry, with a strong track record of leadership and formation experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, school leaders, and other stakeholders to achieve Diocesan goals.
