Job Description

As Lead Guest Experience Specialist, you will spearhead initiatives to foster inclusive team environments that prioritize open communication and collaboration. Your responsibility is to ensure seamless day-to-day store operations while providing transformative connections with every guest.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for fostering a cohesive team environment built on empathy, trust, and mutual respect.
  2. Collaborate closely with team members to design and execute customized training programs focused on promoting industry-leading customer service practices.
  3. Cultivate innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, minimize shrinkage, and maintain optimal product visibility.

Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in people management and leadership roles within retail or hospitality industries.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate constructive dialogue among diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience with inventory management software and basic technical troubleshooting.
