Job Description
As Lead Guest Experience Specialist, you will spearhead initiatives to foster inclusive team environments that prioritize open communication and collaboration. Your responsibility is to ensure seamless day-to-day store operations while providing transformative connections with every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for fostering a cohesive team environment built on empathy, trust, and mutual respect.
- Collaborate closely with team members to design and execute customized training programs focused on promoting industry-leading customer service practices.

Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in people management and leadership roles within retail or hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate constructive dialogue among diverse stakeholders.

- Experience with inventory management software and basic technical troubleshooting.
