About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Burberry. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our sales team delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales goal attainment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate the Burberry Experience to customers and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Coach and Develop: Provide real-time coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their selling skills and close sales.
  3. Manage Customer Flow: Manage the customer flow to ensure that every customer receives a personalized and memorable experience.
  4. Drive Partnership: Partner with sales associates, specialists, and operations team to drive sales and deliver the Burberry Experience.
  5. Develop and Retain Talent: Develop and retain talented employees by recognizing and rewarding performance through monthly development plans and annual performance reviews.
  6. Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  7. Process Transactions: Process post-void transactions, authorize promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of store management.
  8. Drive Digital Experience: Drive the digital experience in store and use digital resources to communicate with customers.
  9. Understand Business: Possess a thorough understanding of the business and effectively communicate needs and ideas to drive business growth.
  10. Follow Company Guidelines: Consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations.
  11. Additional Duties: Assist with the opening and closing of store, including securing doors, windows, and merchandise.

Requirements

  1. Advanced Knowledge of POS System
  2. Previous Experience with Apple Mobile Devices
  3. 1-2 Years Supervisory or Management Experience in Retail Sales
