About the Role:
The LVMH Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in leading the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and embody the Sephora DNA, showcasing the brand's curated and innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment, confidently making store decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, and training.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
- A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the Sephora brand.
- A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
