About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: As a Floor Manager, you will be the role model for your team, embodying the Sephora DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to our clients.
  • Drive Sales Growth: You will be responsible for driving a selling culture, exceeding KPIs, and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Operational Excellence: You will utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Communication and Feedback: You will facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Point of Contact: As the Manager in Charge (MIC), you will be the point of contact for client and cast member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail Management Experience: You will have a proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: You will have proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Leadership Skills: You will be a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your store team members succeed.
  • Client Service Focus: You will be passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • Culture and Development: You will have a passion to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • Results-Oriented: You will have a drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
