  • Customer Experience: Supervise and assist sales associates to deliver high-value experiences to every customer, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and meets our brand standards.
  • Sales Performance: Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales, driving sales goal attainment and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing customer-facing team, coaching and providing feedback to ensure all customers receive the full Burberry Experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage customer flow, set standards for excellent service, and drive partnership between sales associates, specialists, and operations teams.
  • Development and Retention: Develop and retain talented employees through monthly development plans and annual performance reviews, recognizing and rewarding performance.
  • Training and Development: Partner with GM, SM, and S&P to take ownership of Burberry Experience training, using morning and weekly meetings to reinforce key elements.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary, processing post-void transactions and authorizing promotional discounts.
  • Digital Experience: Drive the digital experience in store, using digital resources to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Hold a good understanding of the business, effectively communicating needs and ideas to drive business growth.
  • Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing the store, securing doors, windows, and merchandise, and following company guidelines on operations.
Requirements
  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of POS systems and previous experience with Apple mobile devices.
  • Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
Measures of Success
  • Monthly Evaluation: Monthly Burberry Experience evaluation score.
  • Performance Improvement: Managing performance improvement and development of associates.
  • KPI Improvement: Improvement in every KPI within the retail scorecard.
