About the Role

This is a high-level, strategic position within the Government Services Department.

The Program Administrator will play a crucial role in delivering grant programs and initiatives that drive policy outcomes across the Victorian Government.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge and understanding of grant administration, attention to detail, and well-developed organisation and administrative skills to provide high quality and timely support on Grants Centre programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of departmental grant programs and initiatives by providing operational and administrative support.">
  • Deliver a range of grant related tasks in an accurate and timely manner in line with program processes and documentation including grant assessments and processing activities, quality assurance and program/project tracking and support.">
  • Prepare high-quality reports and correspondence on program matters to senior management.">
