Grant Funding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Grant Funding Specialist.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in grant funding, particularly with the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and My Aged Care.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist with the implementation of a new CHSP Growth Funding grant in the South Eastern Suburbs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for our clients.
- Investigate and apply for additional grant opportunities within the disability and aged care sectors.
- Coordinate the provision of home maintenance services and maintain accurate financial records.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, Working with Children's Check, First Aid and CPR certification, and relevant training modules.
- Proven or lived experience with disability, Certificate III or IV qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, or a related field, and knowledge of disability support principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
