Strategic Grants Specialist

This is a strategic role responsible for cultivating and securing philanthropic grants to support organisational programs.
The successful candidate will lead the grant lifecycle, from prospect research to proposal development and stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect research and identification of potential funding opportunities
- Developing and implementing a strategic grant calendar to ensure timely submissions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to source critical data and align proposals with organisational goals
- Funder relationship management and reporting
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in trust/foundation or institutional grant writing
- Strong understanding of funding principles and program design
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
