Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, strategic support to the Managing Director, anticipating needs and opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a central liaison between the Managing Director and all teams.
  • Manage the calendar with foresight, balancing demands and strategically planning ahead to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare documents and presentations with attention to detail and a focus on professionalism.
  • Coordinate events and meetings.
  • Oversee budget-related tasks with strong organisational skills, ensuring efficient management.
  • Administer invoices and expenses promptly, meeting all deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Stay across all ongoing activities within the business, acting as the go-to person for information.
  • Promote effective collaboration between cross-functional teams and offices, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
  • Proactively maintain a log of commitments, ensuring timely follow-ups and strategic oversight of all key matters.
  • Identify and solve problems, ensuring smooth office operations and continuously improving processes.
