Job Title:

  • About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth of our IT solutions, promoting cutting-edge diagnostic technologies, and providing exceptional technical support.
  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key projects and drive business development.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the growth of ITS sales & installation base in Australia and New Zealand.
  2. Identify and manage key projects in collaboration with sales and service teams to promote IT connectivity solutions.
  3. Provide technical IT support and troubleshooting existing installed analyzers and new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analyzers to other information systems.
  4. Analyze customers' IT infrastructure and provide required support related to the installation and operation of Radiometer IT systems.
  5. Impart training to internal teams as well as external customers.
  6. Maintain monitoring all IT installed systems and keep them connected and working.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with installation and technical support of Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% across ANZ.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
