- SC Johnson Professional APAC is getting ready to move house- The next stage in our incredible growth story is for us to relocate to the parent company’s state of art Campus at Lane Cove. This growth has demanded we increase our team size and the expectation is this will facilitate the continued evolution and expansion within the Asia Pacific Region.- This has resulted in two Customer Support & Development Associate positions being created, opening up a wonderful opportunity to join SC Johnson Professional; a Global, Family-Owned business that are true industry leaders, providing highly respected, trusted Hygiene and Cleaning solutions.- Reporting to the Customer Support & Development Manager, you will be key in delivering exceptional service, business partnering and support to SC Johnson’s customers and internal stakeholders.- This role is one of proactive support and continuous development of the customer relationship.- Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and effectively support & supply information to customers such as availability, prices, promotions, product launches, rebate deductions and order days
- Identify and pursue upselling and switch selling opportunities
- Proactive customer contact to maximise marketing campaigns, NPD and EPD generating warm leads for our Sales Teams to pursue
- Partner with the Sales Team to grow the business together
- Preparation of End User pricing agreements
- Support the Commercial team with the annual price list process and communication to customers and internally with the Shared Service Centre
- Assist in the placing, replenishment and tracking of dispensers, including onboarding new end users
- Be the key customer point of contact for all enquiries from our internal Shared Service Centre (SSC)
- Generation of end user insights through proactive research, to be communicated to the team to grow opportunities
- Input and maintain new & existing end user information in the company CRM and facilitate the flow of the pipeline
- Maintain pricing hierarchy’s and customer master data within our systems
- Co-ordinate and support with general team administration and support
- Experience and Skills:
- Strong and clear communicator with solid attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Administration or Internal Sales environment
- Experience working with MS Office, CRM (ideally Salesforce), Social Media (LinkedIn)
- Understanding of cross selling and creating sales opportunities
- Organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Essential Personal Qualities and behavioural traits:

- Be a self-starter, able to work with limited supervision and manage ambiguity
- Have a confident and friendly manner, contributing positively to a safe, diverse and inclusive culture
