Technical IT Specialist in Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled technical IT specialist to join our team, responsible for promoting and optimizing the use of technology solutions within the healthcare sector.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the growth of technology sales and installation base in Australia and New Zealand.
  2. Identify and manage key projects in collaboration with sales and service teams to promote IT connectivity solutions.
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for existing installed analyzers and new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analyzers to other information systems.
  4. Analyze customer IT infrastructure and provide necessary support related to the installation and operation of Radiometer IT systems.
  5. Impart training to internal and external customers.
  6. Maintain IT installed systems connected and working effectively.
  • Essential Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years' experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  3. Experience with installation and technical support of virtual servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
  4. Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures.
  5. Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
  6. Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell.
  • Travel and Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to travel up to 20% across ANZ.
  2. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
