We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our commercial discussions with key customers. This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong pipeline of opportunities across Asia Pacific, driving collaboration within our organization and ensuring synergy with internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma, a proven commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities, and strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge. They will also possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate and present ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial discussions with key customers on our overall offering, navigating internal and external stakeholders at management and engineering levels.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across Asia Pacific for Process Development, Flex Factories, Aseptic filling, complex hardware, or customized hardware services.
  • Ensure collaboration within our organization, building internal stakeholders and Account Management synergy to increase customer qualification and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline, including design-in initiatives and forecasting performance against Operating Plan.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma.
  • Proven commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities, with Product Management/Offering/Large deals expertise.
  • Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge, including quality and regulatory understanding of Bioprocessing modalities, including Gene Therapy and mRNA fields.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
  • Demonstrated high-level presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate and present ideas effectively.
