Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial discussions with key customers on our overall Cytiva offering, navigating internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities for process development, flex factories, aseptic filling, and other services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase customer qualification and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and track progress of opportunities, including design-in initiatives and forecasting performance.
  • Work directly with project managers and site implementation teams to deliver complex solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma.
  • Proven commercial track record in bioprocessing modalities with product management/offerings/large deals expertise.
  • Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge, including quality and regulatory understanding of bioprocessing modalities.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
  • Demonstrated high-level presentation and interpersonal skills.
