Optimize IT Solutions and Enhance Customer Experience

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled IT Middleware Specialist to drive the growth of our IT sales & installation base across Australia and New Zealand.
  • You will identify & manage key projects in collaboration with our sales & service team to promote IT connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical IT support & troubleshooting existing installed analyzers and new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analyzers to other Information Systems.
  2. Analyze customer's IT infrastructure and provide required support related to the installation and operation of our IT systems.
  3. Impart training to internal team as well as external customers.
  4. Maintain connection of all IT installed systems and ensure they work properly.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • BS in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with installation and technical support of Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell).
Travel Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 20% across ANZ.
