Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop customer relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive support.
- Provide expert technical advice on maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with the wider organization to provide exceptional service to customers, including corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning, and installation of equipment.
- Participate in the sales process, providing expert technical support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage and support technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder updates.
- Provide best-in-class service to customers, including technical support, maintenance, and repairs.
- Determine cost-effective repair solutions to minimize customer downtime.
- Degree-level education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Experience in customer-facing service engineering within the medical equipment industry.
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Restricted Electrical License and full AU driver's license.
