Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team at Healthcare Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for staff, patients, and visitors associated with our primary health service facility.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff and patients
* Assess travel needs and preferences to tailor arrangements accordingly
* Ensure compliance with facility travel policies and budget constraints
* Serve as the primary point of contact for travel inquiries from staff and patients
* Communicate effectively with travel agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth travel experiences
* Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, expenses, and reimbursements
* Prepare and submit travel reports and documentation as required
* Monitor travel expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or administrative support, preferably within a healthcare setting
* Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Working Conditions

* Primarily office-based with occasional travel to assist with patient transport or facility needs
* May require extended hours during peak travel periods or emergencies
