Travel Coordinator Job Description

This is a remote position with Get Your Beach On Travel, where you'll focus on coordinating every detail for travelers, from creating itineraries to managing schedules, making sure each journey is effortless and memorable.

Get Your Beach On Travel is an award-winning travel group that provides thorough training and resources to help you succeed in your role as a Travel Coordinator.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, budgets, and preferences, tailoring each plan to their specific goals.
  • Detailed Itinerary Creation: Develop and manage comprehensive itineraries, including flight schedules, accommodations, transfers, and activities to ensure a cohesive and well-organized travel experience.
  • Booking & Coordination: Arrange flights, lodging, dining, activities, and any additional logistics, ensuring all details align seamlessly for a stress-free experience.
  • Exceptional Client Support: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.
  • Stay Current with Travel Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, new destinations, and vendor offerings, so clients always receive the best recommendations and value.
  • Ongoing Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive client relationships for future travel planning needs and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Travel Planning: A love for planning and organizing travel experiences with attention to every detail.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and coordinating with vendors.
  • High Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented to ensure seamless bookings and accurate scheduling.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: A dedication to providing top-notch service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Able to work independently, manage multiple schedules, and adjust to changing client needs and travel requirements.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English, Multilingualism is a plus * Strong sales skills and commercial awareness * Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively * Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage * Full Training Provided * Work PT or FT * No experience necessary * Computer or smart phone required * Travel Perks
