**Job Overview:**

As a Corporate Travel Consultant at Travel Trade Recruitment, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating travel arrangements for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and manage complex travel itineraries for corporate clients, incorporating flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • Offer tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences and company policies, showcasing your knowledge of the industry.
  • Leverage advanced travel booking systems and tools to secure the best rates and options, demonstrating your ability to optimize travel solutions.
  • Address travel-related inquiries and issues promptly, providing seamless resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive service experiences that exceed client expectations.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Prior experience in corporate travel consulting is essential for this position.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of travel industry regulations and compliance is necessary for ensuring adherence to industry standards.
