They act as an escalation point for junior members of the team, ensuring investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner.
Surveillance Solutions DevelopmentThe Manager leads efforts to identify gaps and weaknesses in the current surveillance program, contributes to the design, development, and implementation of surveillance solutions, assists with regulatory/exchange requests and investigations, and conducts trade reconstruction efforts.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate possesses 3+ years experience in commodity and energy OTC markets, with knowledge of trading systems, data structures, and interfaces. Strong data manipulation, analysis, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
