Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Surveillance Manager.

This role involves conducting surveillance for potential market manipulation and misconduct, working closely with the Global Surveillance team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of trading systems, data structures, and interfaces, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
  • Oversight of daily surveillance analysis
  • Conducting deep dive investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange based on OTC activities
  • Escalation point for junior members of the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in commodity and energy OTC markets
  • Knowledge of trading systems, data structures, and interfaces
  • Strong data manipulation, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
