Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily surveillance analysis, conduct in-depth investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange based OTC activities. The successful candidate will act as an escalation point for junior team members, ensure thorough documentation of investigations and timely resolution, and collaborate with local Compliance staff to determine appropriate surveillance levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily surveillance analysis and conduct in-depth investigations
  • Regularly review non-exchange based OTC activities
  • Act as an escalation point for junior team members
  • Ensure thorough documentation of investigations and timely resolution
  • Collaborate with local Compliance staff to determine appropriate surveillance levels
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in commodity and energy OTC markets, with knowledge of operational processes, potential manipulation risks, trading systems, data structures, and interfaces. Strong data manipulation, analysis, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
