Marketing Coordinator Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, marketing strategy, and brand management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing materials, including event ephemera, invitations, social media assets, and exhibition panels. They will also assist leadership, marketing, and architectural teams in preparing artwork, layouts, and templates for reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives with creative design input and expertise
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and architectural teams to prepare artwork, layouts, and templates
  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of work showcasing creativity and innovation
  • Provide technical guidance on the use of company design files and brand guidelines
  • Create engaging visual designs that support brand concepts and campaigns
  • Ensure all visual assets are consistent, compelling, and reflective of the brand's creative direction

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in designing and producing marketing materials
  • In-depth knowledge of best practice in design standards and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in formatting and manipulating imagery and typography using Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Digital design skills applied to responsive websites, eDMs, digital banners, and presentations
