Key Position: Trade Surveillance Expert

As a senior member of our Global Surveillance team based in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role conducting surveillance for potential market manipulation and misconduct as well as the misuse of electronic communications.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily surveillance analysis to identify potential gaps and weaknesses in current programs
  • Conduct deep dive investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange activities based on OTC transactions
  • Act as an escalation point for junior members of the team, ensuring investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in commodity and energy OTC markets
  • Familiarity with trading systems, data structures, and interfaces
  • Strong data manipulation, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
