Surveillance Manager

Job Description:

- Conduct surveillance for potential market manipulation and misconduct, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee daily surveillance analysis, conduct deep dive investigations, and regular reviews of non-exchange based on OTC activities.

- Act as an escalation point for junior members of the team and ensure investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner.

- Work with local Compliance staff to determine an appropriate and coordinated level of surveillance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in commodity and energy OTC markets.

- Familiarity with trading systems, their data structures, and interfaces.

- Strong data manipulation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
