About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Adelaide-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to progress their career and contribute to a global organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions from sales to shipment, providing exceptional support and developing a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire customer journey
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, policies, and processes
  • Complete non-compliance reports as required
  • Handle multiple orders simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer support and provide assistance during peak periods
  • Exercise flexibility and adaptability in response to changing situations

About You:

  • Intermediate proficiency in personal computer skills using the Windows operating system
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within the manufacturing industry (ideally)
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to changing workloads
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer support tools
  • Full colour vision (no colour blindness)
