Job Title: Farm Manager

A Challenging Opportunity in Agricultural Leadership

This is a unique opportunity to take on a key leadership role at a 2000 acre farm in Victoria. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm, managing livestock breeding and production, pasture management, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Manage daily farm activities, including cattle and sheep production, and lead a team of staff.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in agricultural leadership or management.
  • Qualifications in agriculture or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and plan appropriately.
