Senior Agricultural Industry Leader

A national business leader is required to drive key supplier and stakeholder relationships across the country.
This role reports directly to the CEO and involves working closely with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance the value proposition for our clients nationwide.
You will collaborate with a wider sales/relationship team to develop and strengthen relationships across key market segments, promoting our client's business growth.
The opportunity spans various agricultural industries, including broadacre and horticulture regions, offering a diverse challenge.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your understanding of agronomy, seed, and agtech input providers to drive business outcomes in relevant sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across key market segments.
- Collaborate with the sales/relationship team to promote our client's business.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our client's national footprint of stores.
- 7+ years of experience in a professional agribusiness environment, ideally with existing relationships and industry knowledge.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Agribusiness, Agronomic or Commerce related).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A broad understanding and passion for the Australian agricultural market.
- Natural commercial skills, with experience developing strong stakeholder relationships.
