Job Summary:

This role will oversee the commercial strategy for the Industrial/Agriculture market across ANZ, managing a portfolio of assigned customers and facilitating their growth through effective communication channels.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with significant experience in commercial roles, specifically in industrial/agriculture industries. They must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities include planning and implementing sales and marketing activities at customer, market, and supplier levels, operating as an effective leader, overseeing commercial strategy, and achieving set goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant postgraduate qualifications is preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in industrial/agriculture related industries with a significant proportion of this time spent in commercial roles.
  • Minimum 5 years' managerial experience leading commercial teams with evidenced sales results and service excellence outcomes.
