Business Transformation Consultant

We're seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our transformation practice, you will play a critical role in helping organisations deliver successful outcomes through complex projects.

About the Role
  • Assist clients with the delivery of business transformation projects across areas such as customer growth strategy, customer experience design and implementation, digital transformation, strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency, process optimisation and ways of working.
  • Deliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through design and into implementation.
  • Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals and managing key relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business transformation strategies that drive organisational change and improvement.
  • Leveraging your expertise in business operations, sales, service and marketing transformation to deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A structured approach to critical problem solving.
  • Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong capabilities in understanding business operations, sales, service and marketing transformation, and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical/business concepts clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders.
