About the Role:
We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Receptionist, providing a warm and professional first impression to visitors and managing incoming calls with ease. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked reception area and communal spaces
- Handle courier bookings (domestic and international) and liaise with relevant parties
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are clean and ready for use
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Benefits:
- Part-time hours (10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday)
