Global Customer Relationships are a key driver of growth and profitability in the food solutions industry. We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Account Manager, responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with major QSR brands across APAC.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will own and grow key customer relationships, delivering long-term value through pricing, innovation, service, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of QSR accounts, including contract management, innovation, pricing, and planning
- Building and executing a 5-year QSR growth plan
- Identifying and unlocking opportunities across new local and international QSR accounts
- Delivering on revenue, volume, and profit targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience
Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record in global account management, with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in a similar role. Prior experience or familiarity with protein manufacturing and the innovation lifecycle is also highly desirable.
